Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  You will need to login to access your account, which is located in the footer underneath the category "My Account." Once you are into your account, select the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link. Also, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which contains your tracking information. Please check your spam folder, if you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 72 hours. Most orders ship within 24 hours M-F (Excluding National Holidays); however, tracking information may be delayed up to 48 hours. We are not responsible for the shipping procedures of the third-party contracted by the customer to deliver the order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right corner of our site to view orders you have placed. Then, click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  First, log into your account via the link in the footer labeled "Login/Register" underneath the "My Account" category. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm the items were shipped. If your order shows a status of "delivered", please contact the designated shipper for further assistance, or contact your local police department to report the package stolen. Jura-Parts.com/Espresso Yourself cannot provide any additional assistance to the tracking information provided by the shipper once the order leaves our facility.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If a part in your order displays 'Y' under the column "Back-ordered," then the part is currently unavailable and will ship on a later date. You may cancel the remainder of the order until the day it ships.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items typically ship within 2 weeks; however, it may take up to 30 days based upon part availability from the manufacturer. If an item is back-ordered, the customer will be notified within 3 business days. The customer will have the option to receive a full refund until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, our normal return policy will supercede any aforementioned policy.
