  No, we are not affiliated with Capresso. The "Capresso" name has been officially removed by Jura, Inc. on all new Jura coffee machines released.
Are you an authorized repair center of Jura, Inc?
 

No, we are not an "authorized" Jura, inc. repair center. We focus on developing "qualified" technicians capable of diagnosing and correcting malfunctions, as opposed to, being a cog in an assembly line of guess work. Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive repair service and warranty that is unmatched in the industry. Our standard service includes brew group refurbishment, replacement of all O-rings, grinder burrs, temperature sensors, membrane regulators, water pumps and outlet valves. We are the only company that provides a full description of our repair services, shipping instructions and warranty.

I called Jura Capresso and the representative told me you only sell after-market replacement parts. Is this true?
  Partially. 98% of the parts we advertise for sale are OEM parts that we order from the manufacturer. Any non-OEM replacement parts we buy are listed as such on the website. The quality of these parts are held to a higher standard than the OEM parts and are only sold because Jura ceased production of the parts in an effort to keep the repair and new machine sales business profitable. We, on the other hand, continuously provide new information, videos and parts to the end user to complete his/her own repair.

How do I find my product?

How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website.
