Jura A-E-F-ENA Micro Stepper Motor UCL13N04B2KZ26

The Jura A-E-F-ENA Micro Stepper Motor UCL13N04B2KZ26 is located on the opposite side of the Brew Group Drain Valve. The Stepper Motor is responsible for engaging the pusher rod of the Brew Group Drain Valve during the brew process to allow water flow upward into the brew group to brew the coffee, as opposed to draining into the drip tray. If water is draining into the Drip Tray, or not reaching the coffee dispensing spouts at all, then this motor may be malfunctioning. Also, the plastic cap on the drain valve pusher rod may be broken, which would result in water draining into the Drip Tray, as well. We offer a replacement Metal Cap for the drain valve pusher rod that is a permanent fix; however, it is not suitable for the A-ENA4, ENA 8, or ENA Micro models.
