Jura Capresso-Impressa E8-E9-E50-E55-E75-E80-E85 Steam Valve

The E-Line Steam Valve sits atop the chassis of the Thermoblock. It allows the flow of hot water and steam, depending on the desired action selected. When the steam knob is turned the internal Micro-Switch is engaged, which notifies the CPU board to direct the flow of steam/water through the Steam Pipe. Water may drip or the flow may decrease if the Steam Valve is clogged.

A clogged steam valve may generate the " Fill System" error message on a consistent basis, but most often, the frother will drip/leak while idle or during the heating process when the steam function is activated.
