The Jura Error 22 message indicates the machine does not recognize the Jura Claris/Clearyl Smart Filter is inserted into the water tank. The following may be the cause of the error message.

The Claris/Clearyl Smart Water Filter is defective, or a non-OEM water filter is being used.
Remove the Jura Smart Water Filter from the tank. Reinsert the water tank without the filter. If the machine prompts you to insert the water filter, choose "No Filter." Reinsert the same Water Filter or try a new filter to test if the error is cleared.
The RFID sensor that is responsible for recognizing the Smart Water Filter is defective. This is usually caused by water damaged from spilled water when reinserting the water tank or a leaking water tank.
Replace the RFID sensor.
The RFID coil that connects to the RFID is damaged or defective.
Replace the RFID coil and possibly the RFID Sensor.
