Error: Not enough coffee is dispensed, coffee is dispensed slowly, coffee is dispensed only out of one spout, coffee leaks behind the dispensing spout, or no coffee is dispensed at all.
Fix: The coffee dispensing spout is clogged. Coffee residue accumulates with use. Frequently run cleaning cycles with Jura Cleaning Tablets to avoid this malfunction from occurring. If the clog is significant, the spout needs to be removed and cleaned manually. Coffee oil residue may deteriorate the spout, causing it to crack. Replace the spout if this occurs.
